An older set of improvements exist on the property and consist of a roughly 1,000-square foot farmhouse, calving barn and hay shed.
Two water rights exist on Tygee Creek Ranch.
Tygee Creek meanders through the pasture land for approximately 1.5 miles before joining Stump Creek south of the ranch's fence line. Tygee Creek can be described as a small, intimate stream that provides cut banks, deep pools and riffles. Native cutthroat trout are the predominate fish species in this system and range in sizes from 6-14". With proper enhancement of the riparian areas and rest from angling, this fishery could prove to be a trophy fishery by recruiting fish from Stump Creek and the main stem of the Salt River.
