“My family owned, operated and shared with family and friends one of the most beautiful ranches in SW Colorado for 70 years (4 generations). Over time it became increasingly clear that due to changing circumstances of our family we needed to begin considering a sale. We were first introduced to Live Water Properties when Brian Hartley was the Broker for a property bordering our ranch.
