Achievements:

Scott developed and executed marketing campaigns for over 150 property listings across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi, encompassing agricultural land, recreational tracts, and timberland. He founded FieldSport Properties, a recreational land leasing syndicate that connected hunting enthusiasts with sporting properties. In a joint venture with Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing Company, Scott directed the relaunch of Duxbak, an iconic outdoor brand established in 1904. He also founded Mountain Khakis, a clothing brand celebrating the mountain and outdoor lifestyle, and co-founded McAlister, a brand dedicated to waterfowl and upland hunting apparel and accessories. Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Scott launched a messaging campaign called โ€œConserve Game, Hunt with a Trained Retriever,โ€ promoting the use of trained dogs to minimize game loss and support ethical hunting practices. He has designed and directed fundraising campaigns for the Arkansas Game & Fish Foundation and founded and chaired the ASU Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, furthering his dedication to land preservation and wildlife conservation.

Personal:

Scott resides in Little Rock, Arkansas, with his wife, Leslie, and their golden retriever, Bodie. They have two children: their daughter, Abigail, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and their son, Noah, in Memphis, Tennessee. During the autumn and winter months, Scott guides duck hunts at two established hunting clubs near Stuttgart, Arkansas. He and his son share a passion for pursuing trophy whitetail deer during the fall rut and for traveling across the country to hunt eastern wild turkeys each spring. Scottโ€™s other interests include aviation (he is an FAA-licensed private pilot), photography, and writing. As a family, they escape to the Jackson Hole Valley whenever possible, enjoying skiing and snowboarding, fly fishing, hiking, and the region’s distinctive mountain and Western culture.
