Jay brings over 20 years of experience in the guide and outfitting industry, paired with a lifelong background as a fourth-generation cattleman involved in both cow/calf and yearling operations. He has managed large-scale ranch improvements, navigated complex easements, and overseen water development projects, while also handling the day-to-day operations required to run working ranches effectively.

Personal:
Jay is the founder and co-owner of G3 Outfitters, where he has guided hunters across New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Kimberly, for 26 years, and together they have built a life centered around family and the land. They have four children, Harvey (21), Colten (18), Clara (14), and Weston (9), and he takes great pride in raising both his kids and livestock. In his free time, Jay enjoys building fine furniture, working horses, and pursuing elk with a bow, as well as hunting sheep and ibex in some of the most remote and rugged landscapes.
