Haida Spruce House Noyes, Alaska

Details & Features

Haida Spruce House is a waterfront fishing lodge on Noyes Island in Southeast Alaska, offering over one acre of coastal property bordering the Tongass National Forest. Accessible by a short floatplane flight from Ketchikan, this secluded retreat combines comfortable accommodations, commercial lodge infrastructure, and direct access to some of Alaska’s most productive saltwater fishing grounds.

Built in 2012, the lodge features six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and ten beds across two levels. Four main-level suites overlook the bay, each featuring a private sitting room and wood-burning stove. The upper level includes two additional bedrooms and space already framed, wired, and plumbed for five future rooms. A commercial-grade kitchen opens into a timber-framed dining area accommodating up to 40 guests and a spacious living room with waterfront views. Additional amenities include an expansive overwater deck, covered grilling area, detached waterfront cigar room, and dedicated hot tub space.

Located five minutes by boat to productive fishing grounds, Haida Spruce House provides access to halibut, king salmon, coho salmon, rockfish, and lingcod. Beyond fishing, the surrounding waters and old-growth forests offer kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and wildlife viewing, including whales, sea otters, and bald eagles.
