Achievements:

Scott has developed and executed marketing campaigns for over 150 property listings across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi, spanning agricultural land, recreational tracts, and timberland. He founded FieldSport Properties, a recreational land leasing syndicate connecting hunting enthusiasts with sporting properties, and has built a reputation as a serial entrepreneur in the outdoor industry: he was the original founder of Mountain Khakis, a Jackson Holeโ€“based mountain lifestyle apparel brand; directed the relaunch of Duxbak, an iconic outdoor clothing and gear brand established in 1904, in a joint venture with Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing Company; and co-founded McAlister, a waterfowl and upland hunting apparel and accessories brand. Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Scott launched “Conserve Game, Hunt with a Trained Retriever,” a messaging campaign promoting trained retrievers to minimize game loss and support ethical hunting practices. He has also designed fundraising and membership campaigns for the Arkansas Game & Fish Foundation and founded and chaired the ASU Chapter of Ducks Unlimited โ€” furthering his lifelong commitment to land preservation and wildlife conservation.

Personal:

Scott resides in Arkansas, with his wife, Leslie, and their golden retriever, Bodie. They have two children: their daughter, Abigail, and their son, Noah, both living in Fayetteville, Arkansas. During the autumn and winter months, Scott guides duck hunts at two private hunting properties near Stuttgart, Arkansas. He and his son share a passion for pursuing trophy whitetail deer during the fall rut and hunting eastern wild turkeys in the spring. An FAA-licensed private pilot, Scott has more recently taken up wildlife and landscape photography, videography, and writing. As a family, they return to the Jackson Hole Valley as often as they can, embracing the mountain lifestyle and unique Western culture.
