About Macye

Experience:

Macye manages the Live Water Properties Team from its headquarters in Jackson Hole, including financial oversight and marketing growth strategy. She exemplifies the sporting lifestyle, which was part of the inspiration that led her and her husband Alex to start the company in 2001. She also collaborates closely with the Marketing Team, Interns, and Brand Development.

Macye holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, with a Minor in Environmental Science.  Inspired by the dynamic mountains of Jackson Hole and her educational background, Macye has been instrumental in shaping the Preserve & Enhance mission of Live Water Properties. Under Macye’s leadership, the company has evolved from a 3-person office to a robust 25-member team operating in 14 states.

Achievements:

Macye has grown the company from a 3-person/1 office entity to a 25-person/14-state ranch brokerage firm with over $3.3 billion in ranch sales since 2001. She was the 2021 Winner of the Wyoming Writers, Inc. Milestone Writing Award.

Personal:

Macye and Alex have three children. She enjoys the financial side of the brokerage. She spends time playing guitar and tennis, plus thrives on fly fishing and writing. Macye is the author of the medical suspense novel Fireworks and Fertility. Creativity knows no bounds in Macye’s multifaceted life.
