A third-generation Coloradan with deep family roots in Colorado and Wyoming, Davis brings a longstanding connection to the Mountain West and a relationship-driven background to his work in ranch and land real estate. An avid outdoorsman from an early age, Davis grew up fly fishing Colorado rivers and hunting throughout the region, developing a deep respect for the landscapes, wildlife, and the people that define the working landscapes of the West.

Prior to entering real estate, Davis built a successful career in the fly-fishing industry, most recently serving as Southern Rockies Territory Manager for Umpqua Feather Merchants. In that role, he managed a multi-million-dollar sales territory across Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming, working closely with fly shops, outfitters, guides, and landowners. His background required disciplined sales execution, long-term relationship management, and a nuanced understanding of outfitting operations, recreation-based businesses, and rural markets.

At Live Water Properties, Davis works alongside Brian Hartley supporting ranch, land, and legacy property transactions throughout Colorado. He holds an active Colorado license as an Associate Broker and a Montana Salesperson license, and his role includes listing preparation, property narratives, market research, and client communication, with a focus on thoughtful positioning, clear storytelling, and respecting the legacy behind each property.

Whether it be fishing green drakes on the Roaring Fork River, chasing elk and mule deer each fall, or casting to tailing permit in Mexico, Davis spends much of his free time outdoors.
