With a population of some 60,000 friendly people, Great Falls, Montana lies roughly 120 miles south of the Canadian border, is the third largest city in the Montana, and serves as the primary trade hub for all of north central Montana. The Missouri River flows through town on it’s journey north, spilling over four separate dramatic falls just downstream from the city limits.

Great Falls lies on the transition line between mountains and the fertile open plains, in a region known as the “Golden Triangle” – the richest wheat production area in Montana. Recreational opportunities centered around fishing and hunting are abundant and varied here. Big game, upland bird and waterfowl hunting in the region is superb, and both trout and warm water species are available for the angler to pursue.
